UTK Registration is ongoing at McKinley Elementary School. Registration hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm and Thursdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
To register please stop by to pick up a packet for completion.
We can make any copies for you that are needed and do not need to keep the original documents.
Enrollment Requirements

-Provide two proofs of residency (utility bills [except cell phone bills], current within 60 days mortgage or lease agreement/statement, housing orders [military, housing authority] or property tax bill) in parent’s name.

-Health Registration Card Health Information Consent
-Copy of Physical exam within the last 6 months Physical Exam
