For Level B-Classroom and on campus volunteering Level B Application
Forms to complete and return:
- Volunteer Application
- Volunteer Code of Conduct
- Current Negative TB Test (must have been completed within the last four years)
- If you were a level B volunteer in 24/25 and your TB is still active, we are able to verify it for you.
- Valid Government Issued Picture ID or Driver’s License
Additional Information:
- Once we received your documents you will be vetted through Megan’s Law.
- All documents must be provided to the McKinley front office; no partial applications will be accepted.
- Processing times are 5-7 days.
